RPA has performed an important role in preparing the technical brief and assisting in the execution of the Deed of Agreement between the parties. Following this RPA has acted as the Council’s representative in facilitating refinements to the design and ensuring that the Development Application is consistent with the
project requirements.
RPA’s ongoing role on the project has been expanded to include acting for all parties (the State, Council and Coles) to ensure the delivery of a project that meets all of the stakeholders individual requirements.
