Tim Eerhard joined Root Projects Australia in 2002. During this time Tim has managed the design and delivery of several complex and unique retail and infrastructure capital works projects. Each project has been defined by a focus on stakeholder management, requiring strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities, establish clear and open communication channels and maintain positive client, consultant and contractor relationships.
Tim is an accomplished project manager with over 16 years of experience in the building industry and has been involved in the management of multiple construction projects from the design stage through to practical completion. Tim has a thorough understanding of the technical, contractual and managerial aspects of construction and has been responsible for preparation of feasibility studies, design management, project tendering, project planning, cost control, supervision and estimation. Projects he has been involved with include a major animal enclosure at Melbourne Zoo, the Terminal 2 expansion at Melbourne Airport, and the redevelopment of the retail tenancies at Melbourne’s Southern Cross Station.
Tim has completed a Bachelor of Engineering Honours from Victoria University of Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management.
